INGREDIENTS
Dahi 1 pack (200 g)
Sauce 3 tbsp
Imli Sauce 5 tbsp
Roasted jeera powder to taste
Salt to taste
Papri 16 pieces (100 g)
Potatoes 2, boiled and chopped
Chana, boiled ½ cup
Coriander leaves, chopped 2 tbsp
Sev (thin) for topping
METHOD
1. Mix the beaten Dahi with Sauce, jeera powder and salt.
2. Dip the papris in this Dahi mix and arrange on a plate.
3. Add potatoes, boiled chana, remaining Dahi and dot with Imli Sauce.
4. Sprinkle sev and coriander leaves.
5. Serve immediately.
Hint : Steamed sprouts can also be added to the chaat.
TIP
For a nutritionally balanced snack, serve Papri Chaat with Jaljeera & Fruit Chaat.
