Tomato Chutney
PREPARATION TIME : 15 mins.
COOKING TIME : 20 mins.
SERVES : 4
INGREDIENTS
MAGGI Tomato Ketchup 6 tbsp (60g)
Oil 2 tbsp (12g)
Onions 1, medium chopped (75g)
Garlic 2 cloves, chopped
Green chillies 2, chopped
Tomatoes 5 medium, chopped (300g)
Salt To taste
Coriander leaves, chopped 3 tbsp
METHOD
1. Heat oil, add the onions and sauté till soft. Add garlic and green chillies. Fry for a minute.
2. Then add the tomatoes and sauté for 5 minutes. Add MAGGI Tomato Ketchup, salt to taste and cook till nearly dry or till tomatoes are soft.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot or cold, as desired.
TIP
Tomato chutney can be used as an accompaniment with food like puri, parantha
