Chocolate Mousse


To serve 10 -12 persons

Egg    :    4
Sugar    :    ¼ cup  
Instant coffee    :    1 dessert spoon
Rum    :    2 dessert spoon
Ordinary chocolate    :    400 gm
Cream    :    ¼ kilo
Vanilla     :    ½  tsp


Beat yellow of egg with sugar till it is creamy.
Dissolve chocolate in lukewarm water.
Add coffee, 1 tbsp hot water.
Add yellow of egg, rum and vanilla.
Transfer it to a serving vessel and freeze.
Decorate with cream and grated chocolate.
Beat white of 2 eggs till stiff.
Fold in chocolate mix.
